Acceptance for exchange or refund is subject to the following conditions:
- An Item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging and the original receipt of the item must be given.
Exchange & Refund Procedure under The Brands Tag:
- Customer will pay the return delivery charges in case of refund or exchange, if he or she didn’t like the product or there was a size issue. We have mentioned all product sizes on the product page.
- The Brands Tag will only pay the return delivery charges if the item delivered was broken.

- Deliver us the items back through any courier service at our address given.
- The refunded amount will be transferred back in 24 hours through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash.
Our customer service officer will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange or return your purchase, and will provide you with an exchange invoice number. The article will still be subjected to a physical examination by representatives after it has been received by the company.
